Schwinn 430 Elliptical Trainer
The Schwinn 430 Elliptical Trainer is a trainer which possesses BioGlide motion technology to enhance the natural feeling of your stride. It also comes equipped with Biofit comfort footpads and handlebars (which have a heart rate monitor on the grip). The Schwinn has eight different workout programs with eight resistance levels and a quick start function. Its stride length is eighteen inches, and the entire machine is fifty-nine inches by twenty-six inches by sixty-eight inches.
It does take a little while to assemble, but once done you will notice that it is a very stable piece of machinery and easy to place within your house. The workout itself is smooth, without jerky movements or pauses and the machine is quiet while you are peddling.
The Schwinn does not have a backlight on the monitor, which can make it difficult to read at times, but the machine does offer a variety of resistance, workout and feedback options for you to look at when you can see them.
