Bowflex PR3000 Home Gym
The Bowflex PR3000 is a eighty-three inch by sixty-four inch by forty-one inch home gym by Bowflex. The workout area is 100 x 78” and the machine can withstand up to 300 pounds. The home gym provides multi-use Hand-Grips and Ankle-cuffs which allow for increased flexibility while working out, a no-change cable pulley system, two hundred and ten pounds of resistance. You can use the four-inch upholstered roller cushions which can be used for leg extensions and leg curls, as well as the vertical bench press and leg attachment and the triple function hand grips for lat pull-downs. All in all, this machine claims to allow for more than fifty unique exercises (including; bench presses, delt rows, shoulder presses, shrugs, shoulder raises, shoulder rotator cuffs, back extensions, pull-downs, push-downs, tricept extensions, bicept curls, triceps kickbacks, seated abdominal crunches, trunk rotations, leg extensions, squats, calf raises, and standing hip abductions) though there are less than thirty detailed in the booklet which accompanies it.

- Weights on resistance rods may not be entirely accurate
- Not for advanced workouts (not enough resistance or range of motions)
