Unfortunately, the monitor is not always an accurate portrayal of what you have actually done, especially when it comes to counting your strides.

The machine provides a comfortable and ergonomic seat, as well as large footplates with straps. It is very easy to assemble and made from steel, not plastic, parts. The machine is quite well-constructed and durable, even after plenty of use. However, the hydraulic resistance, which does provide many options, may start at too high a level of resistance for beginners or very petite people.
