Harbinger 340400 3 Part Exercises Mat is a two inch thick, three-part mat with tri-density padding. It is twenty-four inches by sixty inches. The mat is sweat resistant and provides a lot of support for your back when doing crunches or sit-ups. The Mat’s three sections fold up for fairly easy storage and it comes with easy-to-carry handles. It is both thick and firm, which is rare in a workout mat. This means that your back is supported while doing abdominal exercises and push-ups, while the mat still provides a sturdy enough base from which to do yoga or any routines that require you to balance.
This may not be the best mat option for very tall people, as it does not fold out to be very long. And there can occasionally be an alignment problem when the mat is lying flat because there is a slight hole between two of the mat’s sections.

Summary:
If you are not very tall and looking for a firm but cushioned surface on which to do yoga, pilates or abdominal work this is a great buy. Especially if you take classes and will be carrying the mat back and forth, as its handles are far superior to the huge, rolled up mats you usually have to lug around.
