This is a fun game to teach your kids some practical, basic math skills by showing them how to make change. The game is compact to make for an easy to store and carry travel or at-home game for kids. One plays this game by rolling the dice and making one’s way along the twisting path, earning money as you go. You can do this by landing on any one of the ‘practical chore’ squares. These squares include chores like making the bed or starting a lemonade stand and come with accompanying monetary rewards. The value of each chore is shown. Players use the spinner which will tell them what kind of coins (nickels, pennies, quarters etc) can be taken out of the bank to pay them for their chores or businesses. In order to get the money they are owed, the players must add up to correct amount of those coins to equal the total amount owed. You can also make money when you land on the ‘bank exchange’ squares on the path, if you exchange your coins correctly. The player with the most money at the end of the game wins.

This game teaches your children where money comes from, how it is made, gives them future ideas on how to earn money by doing chores or starting little businesses and teaches them how to combine change to make total amounts.
